What's included in a standard domestic visit?
A standard visit covers all living spaces and kitchens (surfaces, hobs, sinks, floors), bathrooms (sanitise, descale, floors and mirrors), dusting throughout, vacuuming, and bin emptying. Add-ons like inside-oven, inside-fridge, interior windows, or carpet steam are quoted as extras so you only pay for what you need.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, every visit. We supply professional-grade products, vacuums, microfibre cloths and PPE as standard. If you need eco-only, fragrance-free or allergy-conscious products, mention it on your quote request and we'll bring them.
How is pricing calculated for homes?
Pricing depends on bedrooms and bathrooms, the property's current condition, frequency (one-off, weekly, fortnightly, monthly), and any add-ons. We don't quote hourly rates by default - you get a single, written, itemised price so you know exactly what you're paying.
Can I have the same cleaner every visit?
For recurring bookings (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) we assign a regular operative and a named backup, so you have continuity and there's always cover for sickness or holidays. One-off jobs are assigned based on availability on the day.
Are your products safe around children and pets?
Yes. We default to non-toxic, food-safe products for kitchens, bathrooms and any space used by children or animals. Our oven and appliance system is caustic-free and safe to use within minutes of finishing.
