Daily Construction Welfare questions.
Are your operatives CSCS-carded?
Yes. Every operative working on a construction site holds a current CSCS card appropriate to their role (Labourer, Skilled Worker or Visitor). Cards are checked monthly and copies held on file for client audits.
Do you provide RAMS?
Yes - site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements are produced and issued before first attendance, then reviewed quarterly or whenever the site phase changes (groundworks, fit-out, handover).
What's covered in a daily welfare visit?
Site offices, canteens, drying rooms, washrooms, toilets and welfare units. Includes consumable replenishment (soap, paper, hand sanitiser), waste removal, and a written sign-off sheet left in the site office for the PM.
