A one-off clean is an intensive, top-to-bottom reset of your home as it stands right now, with no ongoing commitment. It is the service people book after a party, before guests arrive, when moving in, or simply when a home has got away from them. Tell us what we are walking into when you book, including any spills, smoke or breakages, and we will arrive prepared. For inventory-grade hand-backs, book our end-of-tenancy clean instead; for everything else, this is the fast route back to spotless.

How quickly can you book a one-off clean?
For most London boroughs we can usually attend within 24-48 hours of your enquiry, often same-day for urgent post-event recoveries.
Do you handle the morning-after of a serious party?
Yes. Spilled drinks, broken glass, food residue, smoke and tobacco residue, sticky floors and overflowing bathrooms are normal for us. Tell us what we're walking into when you book and we'll come prepared.
What's the difference between a one-off clean and an end-of-tenancy clean?
A one-off is an intensive top-to-bottom clean of the property as it currently stands. An end-of-tenancy clean follows a strict inventory checklist (inside ovens, inside fridges, inside cupboards, limescale, deep grout) for hand-back. If you need an inventory-grade clean, book end-of-tenancy.
