Can you clean before opening or after closing?
Yes - hospitality is overwhelmingly an out-of-hours discipline for us. Most contracts run between 10pm and 7am so kitchens, bars, washrooms and front-of-house are spotless before service.
Are your standards EHO-ready?
Yes. Our hospitality standard is built around the Food Standards Agency Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) framework. We log cleaning records on a per-visit basis so you have an audit trail for your next EHO visit.
Do you handle cellars, beer lines and grease traps?
Cellars yes (drain, cooling unit exteriors, floors, condensate trays). Beer-line cleaning is a specialist regulated service we don't perform - we'll work alongside your line cleaner. Grease trap pump-outs are arranged separately through a licensed waste carrier.
