We assign a vetted, DBS-checked cleaner to your property and, for recurring bookings, the same operative each visit so they learn your home and your preferences. Choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and add extras like inside-oven or interior windows whenever you need them. Every visit finishes against a checklist, so standards never drift between cleans. If anything is missed, flag it within 24 hours and we return at no charge.

How often should I book a residential clean?
Most homes work well on a weekly or fortnightly schedule. Larger properties or households with pets and children often go weekly. Monthly visits are best paired with one-off deep cleans every 3-6 months to keep on top of build-up.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
No. Many of our regular customers leave keys or share a code. Every operative is ID-verified and reference-checked, and the same regular cleaner is assigned to your home for continuity.
What's included in a standard residential visit?
Living spaces (dust, vacuum, surfaces, mirrors), kitchens (hobs, sinks, surfaces, floors, appliance exteriors), bathrooms (sanitise, descale, mirrors, floors), bedrooms (dust, change bed linen if left out, vacuum), and bin emptying. Inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows and carpet steam are add-ons.
