Can you cover multiple sites under one contract?
Yes. We run multi-site contracts across all 32 London boroughs with a single account manager, consolidated invoicing, and standardised RAMS, finishing checklists and reporting across every location.
Do you sign NDAs and provide RAMS?
Yes to both. NDAs are welcomed for sensitive sites including data centres, professional offices and high-profile retail. Site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements are issued before mobilisation as standard, not on request.
What credentials do your operatives carry?
All commercial operatives are ID-verified, reference-checked and insured. CSCS cards are carried for any construction or site-based work. Enhanced DBS screening applies for schools, nurseries and any environment where children are present.
How quickly can you mobilise a new commercial contract?
For standard offices, retail and hospitality we can mobilise within 5 working days of signed quote. For sites needing CSCS, RAMS, NDAs or specialist induction, allow 7-10 working days. Urgent post-construction sparkle cleans can usually be turned around within 48 hours.
Can you work outside our operating hours?
Yes - early-morning, evening, overnight and weekend programmes are standard for offices, hospitality and retail. We schedule around your trading hours so the team is gone before your customers or staff arrive.
