What's the difference between your domestic and commercial lanes?
The lanes describe the property and the paperwork, not the standard. Domestic covers homes, flats, end-of-tenancy and one-off cleans for private customers, landlords and lettings agents. Commercial covers offices, hospitality, retail, schools, data centres and construction sites - work that often needs CSCS cards, RAMS, NDAs or out-of-hours scheduling. The vetting, insurance and finished-checklist process is identical on both sides.
How is pricing calculated?
Every job is custom-quoted. Pricing depends on property size, condition, frequency, access, and any specialist requirements (CSCS, NDA, out-of-hours). We don't play hourly games or hide extras. Tell us about the property and you'll have a clear, itemised written quote within one business day.
Do you bring your own cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, on every visit. We supply professional-grade products, vacuums, cloths and PPE as standard. If you have a preferred product (eco-only, fragrance-free, allergy-conscious) just tell us in your quote request and we'll bring it.
Can I combine more than one service in a single visit?
Yes, this is one of the most common bookings. End-of-tenancy plus interior windows plus oven scour is a typical bundle on the domestic side; daily welfare plus a sparkle clean before handover is typical on the commercial side. Combining in one visit is usually cheaper than separate jobs.
Do you do one-off cleans or only ongoing contracts?
Both. Domestic customers often start with a one-off (after-party recovery, end-of-tenancy, oven scour) and convert to a weekly or fortnightly schedule. Commercial customers can book one-off post-construction sparkle cleans, or set up rolling daily/weekly programmes with the same team.
Are your products safe around children, pets and food preparation areas?
Yes. We default to non-toxic, food-safe products in kitchens, bathrooms and any space used by children or animals. For oven and appliance cleaning we use a caustic-free system that's safe to use around food prep within minutes of finishing. EHO-ready standards apply automatically on hospitality jobs.
