What's the difference between rough, detail and sparkle?
Rough clean removes builder debris (waste, dust, packaging). Detail clean addresses every surface (paint splatter, plaster dust, sticker residue, glue, grout haze). Sparkle clean is the final handover-ready pass: streak-free glass, polished fixtures, vacuumed and mopped floors. We can do all three or any one stage.
How quickly can you mobilise after handover?
For standard fit-outs we can usually be on site within 24-48 hours of practical completion. For larger schemes we'll embed in the construction programme so we mobilise on the day the trades finish.
Do you remove builder waste and packaging?
Surface waste yes - dust sheets, off-cuts, packaging, debris bagged for skip removal. Skip and licensed waste removal is arranged separately under a Waste Transfer Note. We can coordinate this if you don't have a contractor on site.
