We run two service lanes - Domestic and Commercial - but we run them on the same operating model. The same vetting, the same insurance, the same finished checklist on every visit.

Who founded Synto Solutions?
Synto Solutions was co-founded by Michael and Peter, the company's two directors. Both bring more than a decade of operational experience across facilities, hospitality and construction-site cleaning, and both remain hands-on with day-to-day delivery.

Yes. Synto Solutions Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales under the Companies Act 2006, with company number 17091142.
Are Synto Solutions cleaners DBS-checked and insured?
Every operative is ID-verified and reference-checked, with enhanced DBS screening for any work that demands it (schools, nurseries, sensitive sites). We carry £5M public liability and the statutory minimum £10M employers' liability cover required under the Employers' Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Act 1969. Certificates available on request.
Does Synto Solutions provide CSCS-carded operatives for construction sites?
Yes. For construction welfare, post-construction sparkle cleans and any other site-based work requiring CSCS, our operatives carry valid cards. We supply RAMS in advance, welcome NDAs for sensitive sites, and arrive PPE-equipped to the site spec.
