Will your end-of-tenancy clean meet inventory standards?
Yes. We work to the standard inventory check-out checklist used by major lettings agents and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme: every cupboard, appliance, skirting, hinge and grout line is cleaned. We re-attend at no charge if your inventory clerk flags anything reasonably attributable to the clean.
Do you guarantee my deposit return?
We guarantee the cleaning standard, not the inventory clerk's decision (which can also reflect wear, damage and condition unrelated to cleaning). If a clerk fails the property on a cleaning point, we return free of charge to put it right within 24-48 hours.
How long does an end-of-tenancy clean take?
A typical 1-bed flat takes 4-6 hours; a 3-bed house with kitchen and 2 bathrooms takes 6-8 hours. We send a team sized to finish within the day so the property is move-out-ready that evening.
Are inside oven, fridge and cupboards included?
Yes. Inside ovens (including racks, trays and door glass), inside fridges and freezers, inside all cupboards and drawers, limescale on taps and screens, and skirting boards are all included as standard in the end-of-tenancy package.
